Engineered an end-to-end autonomous inventory & procurement platform as my final-year major project. Built a multi-agent AI system using LangGraph (demand forecasting, warehouse optimization) and Mastra AI (stateful Negotiation Agent with persistent memory, BATNA strategy, and System-2 reasoning). The flagship Negotiation Agent autonomously communicates with suppliers, extracts unstructured pricing data, formulates strategic counter-offers under a hidden pmax ceiling, and auto-generates signed Purchase Orders. Integrated Ethereum smart contracts via Hardhat for immutable PO logging on-chain. Full-stack implementation: Next.js 16 + React 19 frontend with 4 role-based dashboards (Admin, Procurement, Warehouse, Supplier), Express 5 backend with MongoDB, and Google GenAI powering the agents.
